sunburn update

So last week I posted about the great time I had out kayaking and that I should have put on sunscreen. Turns out I got a really bad sunburn. I had an allergic reaction to the aloe vera gel lotion that I used and my entire face swelled up--serioulsy I'm fit for a star trek convention. The doctor, yes that's right I had to go to the doctor, said it should clear up soon and gave me a perscription for an antibiotic. Yikes.
As I journey through my life of adventure I'll be sure to pass along the wise words of wisdom that I pick up along the way. So be sure to wear sunscreen even if it seems a little cloudy outside. I know, who would have guessed that one!
