Seattle in the afternoon

Heather and I have been so busy lately we didn't feel like we really got to see each other this weekend. It was a beautiful afternoon so after I was done at the office we took off for the Seattle waterfront. We took Nora, our chocolate lab, and just cruised around for the afternoon. From Shelton we drive for about an hour to Bremmerton, then it's an hour ferry to Seattle. It makes for a great afternoon. It's not too far from here but downtown Seattle feels like a world away.

Also, I wanted to post some pictures of the hike I went on with a few of the young adults from Faith Lutheran. We had a good time, don't they look thoughtful!

Lucky...getting to leave your house and all.

I was just thinking the other day...there hasn't been a day when I haven't slept in my bed in my house since I moved into my house.

That's like over 2 months in a row of sleeping in the same place.

That hasn't happened to me in who knows how long. Crazy.
