finally home

I feel like I've been gone forever. Really, it's only been two weeks. I was in Cannon Beach two weeks ago for a preaching conference. Douglas John Hall was the presenter and putting it mildly he was amazing. I'm still trying to think about and unpack what he said during those few days.
Our friend Tracey came up all the way from San Antonio to go to the conference and see us. We had a great week together.
And if that wasn't enough fun, the following week I went to Telluride, CO. My friend Nick is a ski instructor for the resort there. Ethan and I stayed with Nick all last week and had a great time skiing and snowboarding. The weather was great, clear and cold for most of the time.
